Red Belts and above......
These classes are for those who have achieved their Red Belt or higher, this is additional training that needs to be done in conjunction with regular classes to cover the extended syllabus requirement for higher colour and blackbelt gradings.

All our students have access to regular gradings to assess their progress as well as opportunities to compete at regional, national and international competitions.

This class is based on a traditional Chang Hon syllabus with training including, Tuls (patterns), Sparring, and Self Defence.
